Hugh McLean

Hugh McLean is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various institutions. Currently serving as a Partner at Rock Island Capital LLC since November 2016, McLean previously held the position of Regional President and Executive Managing Director at Talmer Bank & Trust from 2011 to October 2016, where McLean oversaw significant growth of the organization from $50 million to $6.7 billion in assets. Prior roles include President at Lake Shore Wisconsin Corporation (2009-2011) and Vice Chairman at The PrivateBank and Trust Company (1996-2008).
