Debra Frantz has extensive experience in ESL education, holding various roles such as ESL Teacher, ESL Instructional Facilitator, and EL Program Director. Debra has worked with organizations like Rock Island-Milan School District, Shelby County Schools, and the State of Tennessee to support English Learners and immigrant programs. Debra's dedication to empowering students and teachers is reflected in their work as an ESL Instructional Advisor and Director of English Learner & Immigrant Programs. Debra holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration, along with endorsements in English as a Second Language.
