Currently serving as an Operations Agent at Rock-It Cargo USA LLC since September 2004, Rich is responsible for coordinating and managing operational processes. Prior to this role, Rich worked as an Export Agent at ClearFreight from July 2002 to September 2004, where expertise in export documentation and international shipping was developed.
