Anna Roberta Jardim Bastos

Anna Roberta Jardim Bastos currently serves as a Service Agent for Gateway Operations and previously held the title of RF Global Support Engineer at SES Satellites since March 2022. From January 2019 to January 2021, Anna worked as an AuPair with AuPairCare Live-In Childcare, providing in-home care and educational support to families. Prior experience includes owning and operating Torii NerdShop from March 2012 to May 2018, where Anna managed international business relations and focused on customer service excellence. Anna holds a Google IT Support Professional Certificate from Merit America and has completed a two-year program in Health and Physical Education/Fitness at Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, along with English language studies at Cultura Inglesa.
