Ilene Leal

Ilene Leal has extensive experience in the construction materials industry, serving as Assistant Branch Manager at Rock Materials since November 2006, where responsibilities have included managing operations and sales. Prior to this role, Ilene Leal held the position of Inside Sales Manager, further developing expertise in customer relations and sales strategies. Between 2012 and 2016, Ilene Leal contributed to Halliburton as a Customer Service Specialist, honing skills in client communication and support. Currently, Ilene Leal is pursuing education at Lone Star College, focusing on Leadership in the Organizational Leadership program, part of the Leadership North Houston Class XXIX.
