Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Rock N Roll Sushi since 2023, Craig LeMieux previously managed franchise sales for Rock N Roll Sushi in Arizona and Central Florida, as well as for Island Wing Company in Michigan through LeMieux Diversified from 2022 to August 2023. From 2004 to 2022, Craig LeMieux held the position of CEO and Franchise Developer for Tropical Smoothie Cafe & Island Wing Company, expanding franchise territories in Michigan, Colorado, and Northern Ohio. Earlier, Craig LeMieux was the President & CEO of Fraternal Enterprises Inc. from 1994 to 2009, overseeing a Bingo Gaming Supply Company. Additionally, Craig LeMieux founded Craig LeMieux Investigations, providing private investigations of corporate crimes from 1992 to 1999, and worked as an investigator for the State of Arizona and Smith Security Corporations, focusing on surveillance and corporate crimes.
