Joe Whaley

Joe Whaley has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Kitchen Manager at Metro Diner since November 2018, where Joe also holds the role of Certified Trainer/Key. Previous positions include Cook at The Rawls from November 2016 to November 2018, Executive Chef at Bella's Fine Dining for a short term in 2016, and Executive Catering Chef/Manager at KBC. Additionally, Joe contributed as a Food Writer for The Local between July 2012 and July 2017. Earlier culinary expertise was gained as Chef De Cuisine and Saute Chef at Dothan Country Club from November 2013 to November 2015. Joe's culinary education includes an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Keiser College, completed in 2004.
