Joseph Donahue possesses extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as an Operating Partner at Rock N Roll Sushi since July 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph was the Owner/Operator of SlimThick Meals from July 2019 to July 2023, and served as Commissary Manager at The Ruby Slipper Cafe from July 2017 to July 2023. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism from the University of New Orleans.
