Nicole Koblesky

Nicole Koblesky, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of HR and Administration at Rock River Valley Blood Center, a position held since April 2018. In addition to this role, Nicole is the President of Rockford SHRM as of January 2024. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at OSF HealthCare from February 2017 to April 2018, Vice President of Human Resources at Blackhawk Bank from April 2016 to February 2017, and Human Resources Director at Rock River Valley Blood Center from February 2010 to April 2016. Nicole began a career in human resources as an AVP and Regional Human Resources Manager at BMO Harris Bank, where the role lasted from January 2001 to November 2009. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Management from Judson University.
