Ashley-Lynn (Sonleitner) Choate has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Ashley-Lynn currently works as a Marketing Specialist at Rock Solid Technology, Inc. since August 2022.

Prior to that, they worked at Rock Solid ERP, Inc. as a Proposal Coordinator from March 2021 to June 2022. In this role, they managed and coordinated the entire Request for Proposals (RFP) response process, supported the Sales and Marketing Director in pre-marketing efforts, and developed internal project schedules and deadlines.

Ashley-Lynn also worked as a Proposal Coordinator at Rock Solid Technologies, Inc. from January 2021 to March 2021.

Before joining Rock Solid companies, they gained project coordination and document control experience at HNTB from March 2017 to May 2020. In this role, they assisted in managing large design-build projects during the procurement phase and performed document control using Microsoft SharePoint. Ashley-Lynn also utilized their exceptional writing and editing skills to develop and review TxDOT procedures and procurement documents.

Ashley-Lynn started their career as an intern at Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority in June 2013, where they worked within the Finance department and interfaced with the General Counsel's office and Toll Operations. Ashley-Lynn also established and maintained an electronic data library of documents.

During their time as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2011, Ashley-Lynn taught recitation classes for Introduction to Psychology and worked closely with students, teaching assistants, the professor, and the Psychology Department.

Finally, they had another internship at Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority from September 2009 to May 2010, where they gained experience working with different levels of personnel and management within the Finance department and involved in the establishment and maintenance of an electronic data library.

Ashley-Lynn (Sonleitner) Choate earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Ashley-Lynn attended the university from 2008 to 2013.
