Erin Basalay

Erin Basalay has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical services and leadership roles. Erin most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Rock Springs. Prior to that, they worked at Rock Springs Hospital as the Director of Clinical Services. Erin has also held various managerial positions at New Connections Academy, Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital, and Hartgrove Behavioral Health System. Erin has extensive expertise in providing oversight for clinical services, training and education, crisis management, and program development.

Erin Basalay pursued their education in the field of psychology, starting with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Hendrix College. Erin attended Hendrix College from 2001 to 2005.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Erin went on to further their knowledge and expertise in psychology by enrolling at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, Schaumburg campus. From 2005 to 2010, they pursued a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in Clinical Psychology at this institution.
