Iwan van Emden

Iwan Van Emden is a seasoned professional in the fields of training, care, and security, currently serving as a Trainer in Parkinson Boxing at Rock Steady Boxing, Inc. since December 2022, and as a Trainer for Rots en Water at Gadaku Institute since May 2023. Additionally, Iwan is involved with Boks & Empowerment as both a Trainer and Owner, starting in May 2021 and October 2021, respectively. Iwan has been a Pedagogisch medewerker at Embrace the Future since June 2019, while also working as a Professional Caregiver (Zzp) at IVECARE Zorg en Begeleiding since 2018. Previous roles include Pedagogisch Medewerker B at Horizon Jeugdzorg en Onderwijs from January 2019 to October 2020, Youth Care Worker D at Schakenbosch in 2018-2019, and a decade-long position as Hoofdagent Generalist GGP at Politie Nederland from 2007 to 2018. Early career experience includes working as a Security Officer at ICTY from 2005 to 2007.
