Konstantin Deichsel

Konstantin Deichsel has had a diverse professional journey. Konstantin began their career in 2015 with an internship at TRUMPF North America, where they worked on constructing laser assemblies and optical systems. In 2016, they worked as a Junior Consultant at TNG Technology Consulting, gaining experience in test-driven software development. In 2017, they interned at DAQRI, conducting a feasibility study and developing simulations to optimize existing technologies. In 2018, they joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as an Associate, specializing in process optimization and data-driven approaches. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Management Consultant at Porsche Consulting, focusing on process optimization using data science. Most recently, Konstantin joined Rock Tech Lithium, where they have taken on roles such as Senior Analyst - CEO Office, Head of Business Innovation, and currently serves as the Head of Strategy & Business Innovation.

Konstantin Deichsel completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics, specializing in Optics/Optical Sciences, from the University of Bayreuth in 2012-2015. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics at the University of St Andrews from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Dataiku DSS Level 1 Certified User from Dataiku in 2020 and as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from TUM School of Management in 2018.
