Thomas S. Shuuya

Thomas S. Shuuya is an experienced metallurgist and engineer currently serving as a Process Engineer at Rock Tech Lithium since September 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas held positions including Senior Metallurgist at Vedanta Resources Limited, where responsibilities included capacity analyses and problem-solving related to impurities and electrolyte levels. Thomas also acted as Production Manager, overseeing various refinery operations. Entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding EasiPost Couriers CC to enhance courier service accessibility and Harambee Innovate Technologies, focused on developing educational tablet computers. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Engineering from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
