Lexie Poeschel

Lexie Poeschel serves as the Chief Business Officer at ROCK since February 2018, where responsibilities include working across a portfolio of over 100 companies to implement a for-more-than-profit philosophy through strategic partnerships and initiatives that foster economic impact in Detroit and Cleveland. Previously, Lexie held positions at DTE Energy as Director of Business Development and Senior Strategist, where significant contributions included creating a holistic onboarding experience and leading transformative workplace projects. Additional experience includes roles in public relations at Quicken Loans, operations analysis at MSX International/Ford Motor Company, management at Lamia and Lamia Salon and Day Spa, and a redevelopment internship at the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation. Lexie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance from Wayne State University.
