Marián Lechnýř has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Marián is currently the Head of Growth at RockawayX since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Bulios from June 2020 and also served as their Marketing And Brand Lead from July 2021 to December 2021. Marián briefly worked as the Marketing and Growth Lead at NFTScoring from March 2022 to September 2022. Before that, they founded TheMemorable.io in March 2021 and worked there until March 2022. Marián was also a Co-Founder at Mystation from March 2020 to June 2021. Marián Lechnýř's entrepreneurial journey began when they founded SoHypeWear in March 2015 and successfully ran the company until July 2020.

Marián Lechnýř earned their Master's degree in Business Economics and Management from NEWTON University, where they studied from 2019 to 2022.
