Lukas Prassinos has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lukas currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Rockbot, a position they have held since 2019. In their previous role as the Senior Product Manager at TINT (tintup.com) from 2014 to 2019, Lukas played a pivotal role in the development of new features and products, doubling the LTV year over year for three years. Lukas also led go-to-market strategies, including customer case studies, sales training materials, and marketing campaigns. Lukas also performed strategic data analysis and provided advocacy support for clients facing discrimination.

Additionally, Lukas has experience as the Owner/Mediator at TheSFBayMediator, where they offered affordable dispute resolution services and resolved conflicts in a variety of areas. Lukas implemented and administered Salesforce CRM to optimize customer conversion and marketing efforts. Lukas also worked as an Advisor at Akiva Health Systems, researching and designing HIPAA compliance protocols, providing expertise on legal issues, and facilitating business development strategies.

Earlier in their career, Lukas served as a Business Developer at Sharingpet, spearheading marketing campaigns and developing CRM processes to establish partnerships. Lukas also integrated user analytics into product design and adapted product features using accumulated data. Lukas has also worked as a Client Advocacy Representative at PAWS SF, an Helpdesk Consultant at First Republic Bank, a Summer Associate at LegalMatch.com, and a Systems Analyst at the Animal Care Program.

Lukas Prassinos obtained their Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of California, College of the Law in San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) from 2007-2010. Prior to that, from 2003-2007, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations at UC San Diego.
