Terrence Simpkins

Terrence Simpkins is currently the Director of Stormwater Management at Rockdale County Government. Prior to this role, Terrence worked as a Staff Engineer Senior at DeKalb County Government, an Environmental Specialist at GA Environmental Protection Division, and a Project Manager at GA Department of Transportation. Terrence graduated from South Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology.
