Paul Smith

Paul Smith is an accomplished professional in organisational development and people management, currently serving as the Global Head of Organisational Development & Learning at GroupM since November 2024. Prior to this role, Paul held significant positions at EssenceMediacom as the Global Director of People Experience, Culture & Learning and at Trafford Housing Trust as Assistant Director of People & Talent and Head of HR & OD. Paul's experience also includes working as an HR Programme Manager for Organisational Development at Deloitte and in various capacities at Co-op, focusing on organisational development, diversity and inclusion, leadership, and business change. Paul earned a 2:1 degree in Business Management from the University of East Anglia, where studies were completed between January 2000 and January 2003.
