Penelope Ruiz

Penelope Ruiz is a highly experienced researcher currently serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Rockefeller University since May 2019. Prior to this role, Penelope held positions as a Postdoctoral Researcher and PhD student at Albert Einstein College of Medicine from October 2018 to May 2019 and August 2011 to July 2018, respectively. Earlier, Penelope gained extensive research experience as a Research Assistant at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from September 2003 to August 2011 and as a Microbiologist at New Jersey Laboratories from January 2000 to September 2003. Penelope holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Histone Variants from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Recombinant DNA Technology from New York University.
