Ravi Tolwani

Ravi Tolwani serves as the Associate Vice President of the Comparative Bioscience Center at The Rockefeller University, where leadership responsibilities include managing a team of 120 professionals focused on translational bioscience programs. With extensive experience as a Science Advisor for various biopharma companies and The One Health Company, Ravi Tolwani specializes in translation medicine strategies and precision health for cancer therapy in pets. Previous roles include Associate Professor and Associate Director at Stanford University School of Medicine, where an independently funded neuroscience laboratory was maintained, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Comparative Medicine and Molecular Pathology at The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. Early career experience includes practicing as an Associate Veterinarian at Hillsboro Animal Hospital. Educational achievements consist of a Sloan Fellow in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Pathology from the University of Alabama School of Medicine, and a DVM in Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University.
