Jennifer Bivens

Jennifer Bivens has worked for four companies since 2012. Jennifer began their career as an Information Technology Intern at Y-12 National Security Complex in 2012. In 2013, they took on the role of Business Management Analyst at Knoxville Utilities Board. The following year, they became a Japanese Language Instructor at East Tennessee Japanese School. In 2015, Jennifer joined Rockerbox, where they have held various roles, including Technical Engineering Manager - Ingest (Third-Party Integrations), Full Stack Engineer, Programmatic Media SME (Automation, Operations, Optimization), Technical Implementation Support, Team Lead - Programmatic Media, and Media Trader - Programmatic Media.

Jennifer Bivens obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Writing/Communication with Japanese and Computer Science minors from Maryville College in 2014. Jennifer then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Computational Linguistics from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, which they completed in 2018.
