Val Kirilova

Val Kirilova has held various roles within a number of companies since 2008. Her career began as an Office Assistant for the Bryn Mawr College Alumnae Association, followed by a Technology Education and Collaborative Help Intern for Bryn Mawr College Information Services in 2009. In 2010, they were a Marketing and Communications Intern for Clear Admit, a Data Analyst for Health Market Science, A LexisNexis Company in 2011, an Email Marketing Account Manager, Cross-Channel Marketing for Experian Marketing Services in 2012, and a Director of Engagement and Marketing Manager for Wall Street Services from 2013-2017. From 2017-2020, Val was the Co-Founder and COO of Spartoi Group. Most recently, they have been the Head of People + Talent for Rockerbox since 2021.

Val Kirilova holds a B.A. from Bryn Mawr College in History of Art, Fine Arts, Economics, Web & Graphic Design. Val then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) from The City College of New York in Sustainability in the Urban Environment. Additionally, they have completed training at the Krav Maga Institute NYC.
