Lubin Tan

Lubin Tan is currently a Blockchain Architect at Rocket Capital Investment. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Coco Web Pte Ltd from March 2019 to April 2021 where they advised directors on their business strategy and compliance, set up the recruitment process, promoted their crypto exchange platform at marketing events, and managed cash flow for multiple crypto-related projects. Before that, they were a Co-Founder at Taelium from September 2017 to December 2018 where they adapted an existing blockchain implementation in Java to form a new and independent blockchain, utilized Amazon Web Services EC2 instances to run nodes, wrote Python scripts to automate testing node deployment, and employed tools like JConsole to help with optimizing performance. Lubin also developed a Telegram bot for blockchain currency distribution and refined the user interface for the blockchain client.

Lubin Tan's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, as well as Victoria Junior College and Raffles Institution. Lubin also has certification from Columbia University in the City of New York in Advanced Topics in Derivative Pricing, and from B9lab in Ethereum Developer and Quorum Specialization Course. Finally, they have a Microsoft certification in Advanced C++.
