Katja Eser

Katja Eser has a work experience spanning from 2017 to the present. Katja started working as a Werkstudentin HR at DIS AG in May 2017 and continued in that role until February 2019. After that, they joined Rocket Factory Augsburg - RFA in February 2019 as a Werkstudentin HR, and then progressed to become a Junior HR Manager from November 2020 to September 2021. Following this, they worked as an HR Business Partner from October 2021 to November 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR at Rocket Factory Augsburg - RFA starting from December 2022.

Katja Eser attended the University of Augsburg, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from 2015 to 2018. Following their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at the same university and earned a Master of Science degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from 2018 to 2020.
