Ron Strieker, Ph.D. has been working internally and externally in executive development capacities for over 30 years. His vast expertise is within executive assessments, organizational development, learning and coaching. He has experience working with full-scale executive assessments in companies in the automotive, manufacturing and healthcare industries. Ron is a part of the assessment practice team at Rocket-Hire and works to assist organizations in building strong effective teams and cultures.
