Emily Connolly

Emily Connolly is Rocket IT’s Professional Services Manager. After graduating from Auburn University, Emily started her career in publishing. Through managing editing teams and helping with the production of multiple publications, she realized that her skillset was a perfect fit for Project Management. Emily joined Rocket IT in 2017 as a Project Coordinator and was promoted to Project Manager in 2020. Never one to be afraid of hard work, she thrives in her fast paced, detail oriented, deadline driven role.

As an ESFJ, Emily loves being able to work with both our internal team as well as externally with our clients. Being the communicator for both sides of the project, she has mastered the art of forward thinking, ensuring customers receive technology that scales alongside their business’s growth.

She is one of the newest members of our Leadership Team and enjoys learning more about the business side of the company. She is committed to helping steer Rocket IT forward as we continue to grow.

Emily most identifies with our core value – Connect with People – because she loves to dive deep with our clients. Technology and business conversations are at the forefront of her communications, but Emily also wants to know about your weekend. She doesn’t ask the question to be pleasant – she genuinely wants to know and build her relationship with our clients, one conversation at a time.
