Ben Davies

Ben Davies is an experienced manufacturing and systems engineer currently working as a Manufacturing Engineer II in Vehicle Integration at Rocket Lab, focusing on the final stages of the Electron rocket's construction and testing. Prior to this role, Ben served as a Design Validation Engineer at Cosworth, where responsibilities included developing test systems for motorsport products. At CMR Surgical, Ben contributed to a fast-paced manufacturing environment for advanced medical robotics, addressing non-conformances and recommending process improvements. Additional experience includes roles as a Test System Engineer at Cambridge Mechatronics Ltd, where focus was on shape memory alloy actuators, and as a Project Verification & Test Engineer at Teledyne e2v, developing test methods for space imaging sensors. Ben holds a Master's degree in Microelectronics and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Newcastle University.
