Josh Daniel

Josh Daniel, CCP, currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards at Rocket Lab, starting in July 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles at RAND Corporation as Head of Compensation & HRIS, overseeing critical relationships and HR technology initiatives from 2019 to July 2024. Josh's background includes positions at HARMAN International, where impactful global dashboard metrics were delivered, and ICANN, where a comprehensive global compensation strategy was developed. Additional experience encompasses consulting roles at Activision, Southern California Edison, Watson Wyatt, and Mercer Human Resource Consulting, focusing on compensation management and organizational development. Academically, Josh holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
