Sai Chikine

Sai Chikine is a Senior Flight Dynamics Engineer at Rocket Lab, with a comprehensive background in astrodynamics and aerospace engineering. Currently serving as an NDSEG Fellow, Sai has previously worked as an Astrodynamicist at Advanced Space, focusing on optimization, trajectory design, and navigation. Experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the Colorado Center for Astrodynamics Research and a Development Intern at Analytical Graphics, Inc., where Sai contributed to state transition matrix propagation and software development. Educational achievements include a PhD in Astrodynamics and Satellite Navigation and an MS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union.
