Taylor Vincent

Taylor Vincent is a Spacecraft Thermal Systems Engineer at Rocket Lab since September 2023, specializing in thermal design, analysis, and testing for interplanetary missions. Prior experience includes serving as the Thermal Lead at the Space Technology Association at Rutgers (STAR) from August 2021 to May 2023, overseeing student simulations for the SPICEsat mission, and acting as President of STAR where leadership and organizational coordination were key responsibilities. Taylor also managed the Weather Balloon project, focusing on task delegation and mission success, and worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Rutgers University, providing technical support and maintenance services. Additionally, Taylor contributed as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Burlion Research Group, engaging in sensor testing and development. Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Rutgers University, completed in 2023.
