Zach Reid is a Propulsion Engineer at Rocket Lab, with experience in aerospace engineering dating back to 2014. Previously served as a Systems Engineer III at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, and participated as a team member in the UCSD Aerospace Senior Design Project, focusing on liquid-fueled rocket engine testing with innovative fuel applications. Zach contributed to the Triton Rocket Club at UCSD by leading a project team that integrated live data and video streaming for rocket launches. A former Test Engineering Intern at SpaceX, expertise includes structural component testing and manufacturing coordination. Initial hands-on experience includes fabricating electric melting furnaces at Rayteq. Zach holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from UC San Diego.
