Kelvin Cornaz-Tranphuoc has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 2005 at the City of Raleigh as a Program Development Coordinator, they gained experience creating marketing tools such as videos and commercials and writing grant proposals. From 2007 to 2010, Kelvin worked at Starcom as a Digital Media Associate, strategizing and executing digital campaigns for clients. In 2010, they joined SapientNitro as a Sr. Associate, focusing on Marketing Strategy & Analysis.
Kelvin's career then progressed to roles in the marketing field. From 2011 to 2014, they were associated with The Art of Shaving, starting as a CRM Manager and later becoming the Associate Director of Marketing, CRM. Kelvin managed marketing initiatives, developed campaigns for customer acquisition and retention, and drove e-commerce innovations.
Moving on to CREDO Mobile in 2014, Kelvin held the position of Marketing Director, Customer Loyalty & Retention. Kelvin successfully led customer marketing efforts, achieving the lowest churn rate in the company's history. Kelvin also implemented go-to-market strategies for various high-impact projects.
Their most recent role is with Rocket Lawyer, where they started in 2020. As the Senior Director & General Manager of Retention & Engagement Marketing initially and later as the Vice President of Marketing, Customer Engagement & Unpaid Channels, Kelvin spearheaded teams responsible for customer engagement, unpaid marketing channels, social media, and PR & Communications. Kelvin developed and executed strategies to drive unpaid visits, conversions, paid subscriptions, and customer engagement, while also working on improving brand visibility and reputation through comprehensive PR & Communications strategies. Overall, Kelvin's work experience showcases a strong background in marketing, customer retention, engagement, and developing and implementing successful strategies.
Kelvin Cornaz-Tranphuoc holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management. Kelvin also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from NC State Poole College of Management. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications with a focus on Mass Media from North Carolina State University.
