Shannah Pittman

Shannah Pittman has a diverse work experience in various roles related to SEO and content strategy. Shannah is currently working as the Director of SEO at Rocket Lawyer, where they are responsible for driving cross-functional execution of the organic search strategy. Prior to this, they worked as a Bartender at Lone Tree Arts Center and as a Poll Manager at Douglas County.

Before their current position, Shannah also worked at Charles Schwab, where they held multiple roles including Sr. Team Manager for Content & Channel Strategy, Sr. Team Manager for SEO, and Sr. Marketing Manager for SEO. Shannah also worked at Move, Inc. as an SEO Marketing Manager and Associate SEO Marketing Manager, where they focused on technical SEO and developed scalable SEO strategies. Shannah started their career in SEO as an SEO Copywriting Intern, where they supported the SEO strategy by developing organic content and managing copywriting contractors.

Shannah Pittman completed their Bachelor of Art degree in Journalism and Technical Communication from Colorado State University from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Sand Creek High School from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they have also obtained a certification as a BrightEdge Certified Professional from BrightEdge in 2015.
