Christie Baer has a diverse work experience history. Christie currently works at Rocket Money (formerly Truebill) where they started as a Customer Service Agent in February 2021. Christie then transitioned to become a Customer Service Product Specialist in October 2021 and later became a Customer Service Team Lead in March 2022. Prior to Rocket Money, they worked at SpeedPro Imaging, Norfolk as a Customer Service Representative from February 2020 to January 2021. Before that, they were employed at Ferguson Enterprises as an Inside Sales II Representative from February 2018 to January 2020. Their earliest recorded work experience was at Stafford County Public Schools Department of Human Resources where they worked as an English Second Language Tutor from July 2016 to May 2017.

Christie Baer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General at Longwood University from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended James Monroe High School from 2009 to 2012, where they completed an Advanced program. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2025.
