Michael Becak

Michael Becak has held various roles in marketing and product management throughout their career. Michael is currently serving as the Head of CRM at Rocket Money (formerly Truebill) since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Marketing at Cratejoy from 2021 to 2022. From 2013 to 2020, they were the Director of Marketing & Product Management at Publishers Clearing House, where they managed the online business and led product development and marketing for online shopping. Before that, they worked at Etsy as a Senior Product Marketing Manager from 2009 to 2013, where they played a pivotal role in building the company's email program and developing various marketing and merchandising products. From 2004 to 2009, they served as the Marketing Director at Bertelsmann Direct North America, overseeing multiple brands and leading a cross-functional team responsible for customer communications.
