Karim M. has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as Team Captain and Senior Mortgage Agent at Rocket Mortgage Canada since May 2021, following roles as a Mortgage Agent. Prior to this, Karim held the position of Business Development Representative at Neighbourhood Holdings from June 2020 to April 2021, where an outbound sales strategy led to over $4.7 million in funded deals, including $1.7 million closed by Karim. Karim's career began in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Combat Engineer from October 2016 to January 2020, developing skills in high-pressure environments and effective time and responsibility management. Karim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Capilano University, completed in April 2021.
