Paul J. Pickett

Paul J. Pickett is currently the Director of Crew Operations at Rocket Pro TPO, where he supports and promotes the business development of Mortgage Broker Partners. Prior to his current role, Paul led leaders and developed Communications and Underwriting Team Members at Quicken Loans. Throughout his career, Paul has shown strong problem-solving skills as a Mortgage Underwriter and has excelled in client communication roles at various levels. He also has experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and has a strong educational background in American Culture Studies, African Language and Culture, and Spanish Language and Culture. Additionally, Paul has previous experience in media relations and operations in promoting NBA and WNBA teams.
