Romil has substantial experience in all aspects of learning and development including instructional design, curriculum development, training delivery, training needs analysis, coaching and leadership development of Rocket Station’s virtual teams.

With his high engagement with operations management and client interaction, he was able to successfully launch several key projects among multiple lines of business for Rocket Station.
