Everett Crosland started their career in the pharmaceutical industry, working for companies such as AppliedVR and Pear Therapeutics. In these roles, they were responsible for leading national launch executions and strategies, BD strategy and dealmaking, commercial strategy and execution for chronic pain franchises, and engaging with health system, institutional, payor, and provider C-suite, KOLs, and operators to drive market shaping and priming. Everett also built and managed forecasts, P&Ls, and organization planning.

In 2017, Everett Crosland joined Pear Therapeutics as the VP of Market Access, Reimbursement & Government Affairs. In this role, they were responsible for leading market access launches for Pear’s prescription digital therapeutics, as well as launch and go-to-market strategies that entailed end-to-end executional planning, market positioning, system interoperability builds, market access sales force sizing and deployment. Everett also led deal valuation and commercial insights on BD transactions and dealmaking.

Everett Crosland attended Georgetown University for their B.S. in International Economics. Everett then pursued a Master's degree in Biotechnology at The Johns Hopkins University. Finally, they completed their J.D. in Law at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
