Michael Abboreno is an experienced UX Researcher with a strong background in conducting user research and product design. Currently, at Rocket Companies since June 2022, Michael performs various research methodologies to understand client needs and market trends. Previously, as a UX Researcher at Ford Motor Company, Michael conducted research for products with substantial user bases while working in agile environments. Michael’s skills also encompass interaction design, having led omnichannel experiences for multiple product teams and performed extensive usability studies. With a Master’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Michigan, Michael has a comprehensive foundation in both user-centered design and research. Additional experience includes roles in design internships and academic support at the University of Michigan.
