Nathan Birrell is a seasoned professional in Customer Success Management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Rocketlane since April 2025. Nathan co-founded Dwell Concierge in April 2020, where responsibilities include managing customer outreach and developing business strategies. Previously, Nathan held key positions at SalesRabbit, overseeing a significant portfolio of enterprise accounts, and has extensive experience managing customer relationships across various companies, such as Kenect and Omadi, Inc. Nathan’s career began in sales with PepsiCo and includes a two-year tenure as a full-time representative for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Nathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
