Claudina Restaino

Claudina Restaino currently serves as the International Operations & People Manager at RocketPower since October 2021, which was acquired by KellyOCG in March 2022. Claudina also holds positions as a Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour Professor at Universidad de 'San Andrés' and as a People Lab Human Resources Professor at Scalabl, alongside teaching Employee Experience and High Performing Teams courses at Crehana. Previously, Claudina worked as a Talent Consultant for peoplepath and IQTalent Partners, Inc., and was the Regional HR Manager for Latin America and Global Projects Lead at ICON Clinical Research. Claudina's early career included roles such as Human Resources Manager at Landor and Instructional Designer at Optus. Claudina holds multiple degrees in Human Resources and Business Administration and is an International Certified Coach.
