Debora Foglia

Debora Foglia joined the company as Legal Counsel of Swiss Rockets AG and its subsidiary companies in January 2023. She is an attorney-at-law and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in law from the University of Basel.

Before joining the company, Debora worked as an associate at Baker McKenzie, a major business law firm in Zurich, where she advised domestic and international clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and corporate reorganizations. She also gained experience as a law clerk at the district court of Zurich and has been a secretary of a citizens’ commune in the canton of Solothurn for more than ten years.
