Mason Henrickson has extensive experience in the gaming industry. Mason started their career at RocketWerkz in 2015 as a Senior Programmer, where they worked on the Unity based game "Stationeers" and actively engaged with the community. In 2016, they transitioned to a role as a Programmer/Designer for an unannounced 4 player co-op shooter in UE4, focusing on multiplayer programming, AI, and level generation. In 2018, Mason became the Technical Lead at RocketWerkz, managing a team of programmers and bringing art and design teams up to product standards. Mason also worked on integrating employees from a canceled project onto a UE4 framework. In 2019, they switched to a role as a Senior Programmer/Designer for the game Icarus, where they focused on core gameplay systems and later shifted to design work for the project release. Prior to their gaming career, Mason served in the US Army as an Intelligence Analyst from 2007 to 2011, specializing in counterinsurgency and analysis of threats from various regions including Asia.
Mason Henrickson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wright State University between 2013 and 2015.

Founded by Dean Hall, creator of hit survival game DayZ, we are independently-run with creative control but have the backing of one of the world's largest games companies. We also have a studio in Dunedin, on New Zealand's beautiful South Island. We're independent, ambitious, focus on deep PC gaming experiences and have roles for artists, modelers, environment builders, programmers, devops and more.
