Agnieszka Majer

Agnieszka Majer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Agnieszka started their career in 2006 as an Accountant Assistant at Deep Water Slender Wells. Moving forward, they worked as a Research Assistant at the National Food Institute, Danish Technical University in 2009, where they managed a multinational research program and prepared deliverables for the food processing industry. Agnieszka then joined Food DTU, Technical University of Denmark as a Research Assistant in 2010. Here, they focused on innovation strategies and knowledge management in the food sector. Agnieszka also worked as a Project Coordinator for an Innovative Food Industry project, where they were responsible for coordinating activities related to development and implementation of innovation strategies.

In 2012, Agnieszka took on the role of a Student at FLSmidth and Rockwool, gaining practical experience. In 2013, they became a Project Assistant at Industrial Electric Vehicle. In 2014, they established their own company, Agma Management Consulting, specializing in Engineering Management and working as a freelancer.

In 2014, Agnieszka joined ROCKWOOL Group as a QA Consultant, responsible for quality assurance and knowledge sharing within the QA area. Agnieszka successfully implemented a communication platform for the global QA network. Agnieszka later joined ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation in 2015 and held various positions including Project Manager/Executive Assistant and Product Manager. In these roles, they managed cross-organizational projects, implemented new tools and systems, supported the management team, and led smaller ad hoc projects.

Most recently, in 2022, Agnieszka joined Rockfon as a Product Information Manager.

Agnieszka Majer completed their education at various institutions, starting with their undergraduate studies at Lodz University of Technology from 2003 to 2008. During this time, they focused on the field of study of Biotechnology. Agnieszka then pursued a Master of Science degree in Food Production Innovation and Management from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, graduating from 2006 to 2009. Later on, Agnieszka pursued another Master of Science degree, this time in Management Engineering, again at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, completing it from 2011 to 2012.
