Prabodh Kadkol

Prabodh Kadkol has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Prabodh served as the VP of Operations at ROCKFON (ROCKWOOL International A/S) from 2015 to present. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Vice President at Tokai International Holdings, Inc. from 2014 to 2015, overseeing manufacturing and distribution operations across multiple countries. Before that, they held various positions at Rain Bird, including Business Unit Manager/GM and Group Manager/GM, where they were responsible for P&L oversight and strategic planning. Prabodh also worked at The Gillette Company, where they progressed through positions of increasing responsibility in new product development, process engineering, and program management. Prabodh Kadkol has proven experience in leading multi-million dollar operations and driving sales growth in key markets.

Prabodh Kadkol earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management between the years 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, spanning from 1989 to 1991. Prabodh also completed their undergraduate studies at Savitribai Phule Pune University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Polymer Engineering from 1984 to 1988.
