Renske Krol-Spijkerboer started their career in 2006 as an intern in the administration department at SAB Accountants en Belastingadviseurs. Renske then interned in the administration department at Aristo Holding BV in 2007 and at Vacansoleil Camping Holidays in 2008. Later, they worked as an intern in marketing at Philips Lighting in 2009 and at LECTRIC Groep in 2011.

In 2010, Renske worked at Achmea on a project called "Project 4sure," where they created a platform for adolescents regarding insurance. Renske advised Achmea on the needs and interests of the target group.

From 2007 to 2012, Renske had a student job at Makro Cash and Carry NL, where they worked in the clothing, shoe, and sports section. Their responsibilities included customer service, stock management, and maintaining the shop's appearance.

Since 2012, Renske has been working at Rockfon BNL as a Marketing Communications Coordinator and later as a Marketing Communications Specialist Benelux.
