Dr. Princess Gayles-Jones has extensive work experience in various healthcare roles. Dr. Princess currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Rockford Center since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer/Chief Nursing Officer at Oasis Nursing Agency LLC from March 2022. From January to June 2023, they worked as the Health Services Administrator at Delores Baylor Women's Correctional Institution. Dr. Gayles-Jones served as the Regional Director at CFG Health Systems from August 2021 to July 2022. Dr. Princess also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Mercer County Community College from September 2020 to August 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Nursing at Spring Hills Senior Communities and Home Care Services from May 2019 to May 2020. After a fulfilling career and gaining valuable experience, they decided to pursue further education at Holy Family University in 2015. Over a period of three years, from 2015 to 2018, Dr. Gayles-Jones successfully completed their Master of Science in Nursing degree at Holy Family University. This solidified their expertise and commitment to nursing. Determined to enhance their knowledge and skills even further, they pursued a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Holy Family University from 2018 to 2020. Dr. Princess Gayles-Jones now holds the degrees of BSN, MSN, and DNP, showcasing their dedication to advancing their profession and providing exceptional care to patients.
