Linda Pomper

Linda Pomper has a diverse work experience and has held various positions in different companies. Linda started their career at United Advertising Publications in 1993, where they worked as a Payroll Supervisor for five years. In 1998, they joined Nokia as a Payroll Supervisor/Financial Analyst, where they supervised a team of eight payroll processors and managed US and international payroll for over 10,000 employees. Linda also handled various payroll responsibilities such as employee stock purchase plans, 401k, garnishments, and acquisitions. In 2001, Linda became the Director of HR & Payroll at Rockford Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for all HR aspects, including benefits, payroll, and 401k. Linda also provided employee counseling and coaching, compensation analysis, and strategic planning. Linda had experience with various HR software systems such as ADP and Ceridian, and they were involved in acquisitions and implementation.

Linda Pomper obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.
